The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Philippine Department of Finance (DFA) signed a yen loan agreement on 10th for the first phase of the Metro Manila project, which is supported by the Japanese public and private sectors. The maximum amount to be provided is 253,307 billion yen. This is the second yen loan agreement for the Manila Metro.
