On the October 13th, the Philippine Ministry of Tourism released a list of tourist destinations where fully vaccinated individuals can travel without a negative certificate of PCR test. Travel destinations such as Baguio, Bohol, Cebu, Clark, and Subic will be included, and Boracay and Guimaras will be added on the 16th.
