The Philippine Department of Transportation (DOT) announced on Monday that the first phase of the North-South Commuter Rail Extension Project (Clark International Airport, Pampanga – Calamba, Laguna) is expected to be partially completed in 2022. Transportation Minister Tugade and others inspected the construction site in Bulacan province on the same day.
