Real estate developer House Talk was listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on the 17th. The closing price on the first day was 1.60 pesos (about 3.6 yen) per share, 6.7% higher than the offering price. The initial price was 1.49 pesos, and the stock subsequently traded between 1.45 and 1.73 pesos. The market capitalization was 3.75 billion pesos.
