Renova (Chuo-ku, Tokyo), which develops renewable energy business, announced on the 27th that it has signed a loan agreement with the Development Bank of the Philippines and others for its hydroelectric power generation business in Ifugao Province in the northern part of the Philippines. The loan amount has not been disclosed. Construction of a hydroelectric power plant in Kiangan, Tong, began in April.
