The real estate investment trust (REIT) corporation M-REIT of the Philippine real estate development giant Megaworld was listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on the 1st. This is the fifth times it has been on REIT listing in the country. It aims to grow to the largest scale in Southeast Asia in terms of total rental area of properties.
