On August 8, the Philippine government announced that it would shorten the mandatory quarantine period for those who have been vaccinated against the new coronavirus. The quarantine period will be shortened from 14 days to 10 days for those entering the country from countries and regions other than “high risk” countries and regions where entry is prohibited.
