The Department of Transportation of the Philippines announced on the 1st that it has signed a contract with Spain-based design office IDOM for the construction project of Metro Manila’s Urban High Speed Rail (MRT) Line 4. The company undertakes a design consultant for architecture and civil engineering. The entire line is expected to open by March 2028.
