Philippine Health Minister Duque has approved the implementation of the third dose of the new coronavirus vaccine, following a recommendation from the Health Technology Assessment Council (HTAC). He cited the availability of sufficient vaccine and the fact that vaccination of the target population has begun to be completed in some areas.
