Hankyu Hanshin Express, Inc. announced on 15th that it will open an office in Davao City on Mindanao Island in the southern Philippines. It will start operating on 18th. It aims to expand its business in the city, which has a concentration of companies that deal in perishable goods such as fruits and marine products.
