The Philippine Department of Finance announced on October 12th that a private-sector-led global organization launched in conjunction with climate change measures is considering providing support for renewable energy promotion projects in emerging countries, including the Philippines. The total amount of the project is US$10 billion (about 1.14 trillion yen).
